2. Orders & pricing

All prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to cancel orders affected by obvious pricing errors, stock inaccuracies or suspected fraud — in every such case you receive a full, automatic refund. An order is accepted only when it is dispatched; the order confirmation message is an acknowledgement, not acceptance.

3. Payments

Payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant gateways over encrypted connections. We never store your payment credentials on our systems.

4. Product use, safety & advice disclaimer

Products are sold as described by their manufacturers. Content on this site — including product descriptions, reviews and guides — is general information, not professional, medical or dermatological advice. Offers such as free delivery above ₹500 may change from time to time; the offer shown on the site at the moment of checkout is the one that applies to your order.

You agree not to misuse this site, attempt fraudulent transactions, scrape it at scale, probe its security, or interfere with its operation. We may block access involved in abuse and report unlawful activity to authorities.

8. Intellectual property

The AllQwik name, logo, animations, site design and content are our property and may not be reused without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, courier delays, or events beyond our reasonable control.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts at our registered office location.
